There is so much to say, but you'll all have to wait until Wednesday or Thursday because I'm on a library computer and don't have time to bang it all out. My computer pooped out sometime between Miami and Vancouver. Amazingly, the documents/photos/etc... part of the hard drive is intact, but the booting up part is corrupted, so in two days and $150, I will once again be able to post/Skype/email/etc...
The short version: not having Leo around is insanely hard. Vancouver, however, is incredible. I was hoping it would really suck actually, but it's everything I wanted and more... except that my husband isn't here, which is a really fucking big "except."
All of this means that I will either be ecstatic or else doubly depressed in 6 weeks.
Once again, thank you all for your good thoughts and loving prayers. Expect an update very soon.
Hang in there and keep busy. Glad you got their safe.
ReplyDeletehahhahaha, i like the where is corin? where is leo? on the side. so i take it he got there on the bus just fine then. was worried! that metro station in SP was so sketchy...well, actually all metro stations in SP at 10PM are sketchy. shitty about your computer...go shopping at the organic store for organic GF chocolate!!! = jealous :)

corin, what you really need to do is take your first christmas break from school and consolidate all your blogs into a book. this can be your get rich plan and i think it is really a story that more people need to read.
